BYTESized Productions is the Youth Theatre arm of Albury-Wodonga Theatre and has been developing the creative skills of the youth of the region and beyond by creating high quality musical theatre productions since 2011.
BYTESized Productions was hugely excited to bring the stage adaptation of one of Disney’s most loved animated movies to Albury-Wodonga, June 20 and 21, 2025.
More than 3000 audience members came to see 63 talented young people from across the region bring Moana Jr. to life on the stage of the Albury Entertainment Centre.
With vibrant choreography, soaring vocals, heartfelt storytelling, and eye-catching costumes and set design, Moana Jr. showcased the incredible spirit, resilience, and talent of our cast and creative team. From the lush harmonies of “We Know the Way” to the showstopping energy of “You’re Welcome,” audiences were swept away on Moana’s epic journey across the sea in search of identity, courage, and home.
This production not only celebrated the rich cultural heritage behind the story, but also highlighted the power of youth theatre to connect, inspire, and uplift our community. We are so proud of the cast, crew, volunteers, families, and supporters who made this magical production possible.
